Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RustRCON ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RustRCON is a free, web-based RCON (Remote Console) tool that allows Rust game server administrators to connect to and manage their servers through a browser interface. The Service acts as a WebSocket relay between your browser and your Rust game server.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RustRCON only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must:

• Only connect to servers you own or have explicit authorization to manage
• Not use the Service to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any server
• Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RustRCON and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data on your game server
• Damage caused by commands executed through the Service
• Server downtime or disruption
• Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

You are solely responsible for any commands you execute and their consequences on your game server.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your RCON credentials. You acknowledge that your connection details pass through our server in memory to facilitate the relay connection, and you accept this as a necessary part of the Service's operation. You should use strong, unique RCON passwords and change them regularly.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide any particular level of uptime or support.

Termination

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or uses the Service in a manner we deem harmful or abusive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
